Quite like them all actually.

Tulisa seems to know her acts most, and work with them well.
Nicole is surprisingly quite fun.
Louis despite the ****tery last week, is a laugh and part of the furniture. Probably the worst 'mentor' however.
Gary has gone from being a twat last series to giving some good grounded shouts.

Never really minded Louis in previous years but his constant 'you are a worldwide recording artist' and other similar remarks after every single act is really getting irritating.
