Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to the accuser. I dont know what happened with the false police report. But 2 years later, she still had it on for this guy. finally got him killed, and gets off scots free! SMDH!

So we don't really know if he was a rapist or not. just because the police said there wasn't enough evidence to charge him with rape doesn't mean that he didn't actually rape her.
I'm not saying he should have been murdered, but i'm just saying, if the girl was still upset about a rape 2 years later, there might be something to it. Just because someone isn't found guilty by a court doesn't mean that he wasn't guilty. Guilty people walk free every day. especially in rape cases.
