Im just doing this for the first week, On Monday I only had 10 glasses of water...next week it'll be muhc more balanced...

And LOL no, I put on loads of weight the past 6 months...I did lose a stone in Holland but that was mainly because they hae weird food and im not adventurous.... (Saying that i did have a kangaroo steak)

2 packets crisps
Half pack of jaffas
Tin of spaghetti + sausage
Bread bun

Done for the day now I would think because hospital food is gross and I should be there soon

No idea. Doc just said they would ring me back. Just rang hospital who put me through to operations part though so I assume I'm getting it. They say 2 people are due to leave soon so they will call me then
