BB10 cast was thee best cast imo also. Could have been the best series if they'd put a bit more effort into it and not just let the HMs carry the whole thing on their shoulders

Regardless of what you think, each of BB10's cast [apart from that tit Benizare and Rodrigo] added something.

You take one of them away, and that series wouldn't of had some of the things it did.

I agree with Niamh, but then again - part of what made 2009 so good was the fact they carried the show on their backs whilst the producers sat on their arses. I had alot of respect for the housemates.

The only half-decent housemates in BB10 were Sophia (just because of her VT, not her actual time in the house) and Hira who was totally robbed. Worst season ever, please no housemates like BB10, I want normal people not freaks and fame hungry losers which is the definition of the BB10 cast bar the lovely Hira.

The Argumentative Bores: Lisa, Bea and Saffia.
The Bores: Beinazir and Tom.

Half-Way Decent Ones: David, Rodrigo and Sophia.
The Only Sunshine of the Series: Hira.

Sums up BB10 for me. Awful, awful series.

Hira was certainly robbed. I mean, nevermind the other housemates who actually did something. Hira had some lovely cake then went home = deserving winner right there.

I wouldn't describe any of the BB10 cast as fame hungry, with perhaps the small exception of Noirin although that's still debatable. The BB10 cast were perfect for me because they were so diverse, I remember after launch night being so hyped at what a varied cast it was. The best casts for me are ones which take housemates from all different backgrounds and of all different ethnicities, nationalities and sexualities, because then you really are throwing together total strangers. I mean contrast Lisa with Sree. Cairon with Freddie. Siavash with Sophie.

And freaks also make the best TV (see: BB7). I don't necessarily see the BB10 cast as freaks though with some small personality based exceptions.

Big Brother 9 was the freak show for me. Really put a poor taste in my mouth for what the show was. And the other half of the house were either bores or despicable people. Rex was the only one I enjoyed watching that year.

When I say 'robbed' I mean:

a) She was the nicest one in there and she was eliminated before the public even got to know her.
b) She was adorable and funny, just underrated and not shown enough in the highlights.

But more importantly:

c) She wasn't even nominated for getting the most nominations. She was nominated as a result of Siavash's rule breaking. He should've been kicked out for refusing to nominate and follow the fundamental rules of Big Brother.
d) Big Brother suddenly changed the rules and made it a vote 'to save' as a ploy to get Hira out, as she wasn't known well enough yet.

Ugh just thinking about it makes me want to punch the wall, and I rarely get angry, at anything. Siavash was the worst housemate in the history of Big Brother, and poor innocent and lovely Hira was eliminated at his expense. Oh, and to add about your cake thing, to spend 5 hours in the task room on her own trying to get that key for the good of the house, show's what a champ and dedicated sweetheart Hira was.

The most underrated series of all time IMO. I'm still pissed we didn't have live feed.

Siavash was a legend and Raph seriously if she was popular with the public it wouldn't have mattered why she was up and what way the votes were done, people obviously thought she was boring as **** which is why they didn't vote for her

Yeah. I just think that the producer meddling, outside contact and its low ratings killing it off on Channel 4 have people forgetting the rest.

They seem a lot more varied to me. I hope the cougars good all the over cougars we've had are a bit ****. The models, Celeb shaggers, look-a-like and club owner can **** off. The chubby twins could be fun, the dentist, the lesbian fisher woman could be a blast, I expect the guy who saved 28 lives to maybe be the Saville cop so he might have a story, the gypsy, football coach and Savoy girl might be good. I hope the Savoy girl is another Bea.
