agree, but I also think viewers don't just want nice wholesome winners anymore.

I suppose potential winners are often in the background more early on, so viewers don't tire of them later. On the other hand she could never surface and just fade. So hard to say.

Yep, she was my pick too...on early impressions. I'd wager some coin she'll make the last 3 or 4. Only thing, she may be seen as a bit seen 'boring', too young, not a big enough character?? ...not totally sure yet. A mid season 'showmance' may just see her over the finishing line!
