It might actually be a real thing(still doubtful) but if it is, not half as many people have it as they make out tbh.

I don't think that's really fair. I agree that more people probably say they have than they do but it is a real thing.

ah yeah, when I say I get it, i just mean I feel down more often during the winter, I know people who genuinely suffer from depression and it's not like that, not for me anyway.

My mum gets down when it's dull, these energy saving bulbs don't help, it takes 6hrs for them to warm up and throw any light out
I hate them, I want my 150watt bulbs back!
