Every other day but I stopped using conditioner a couple of years ago, I found that it gave my hair more static. I use a hot oil repair treatment once a month too...

My hair looks so retarded after I shampoo it. It's all puffy and dry. The natural oils are good for your hair, and after you shampoo it it takes a few days before it looks halfway decent again.
