I'm glad you didnt get affected by it Jonathan, that's really really good and not a lot of people can say it didnt upset them. I totally and completely understand why it annoyed you so much that someone would do that. One of my biggest hates is truly insufferable people, and while their opinions dont bother me, the fact that they think they can treat people like that, truly sets me off.

It wasn't the insult that affected me. He could have said anything and I would have felt the same way. I was truly shocked and confused. Of course his opinion doesn't matter, it's just the fact he thinks he can speak to me like that when I had done nothing wrong.

It wasn't the fact that it was a weight jibe, it could have been a gay jibe or even him just calling me something that doesn't particularly relate - I would have felt the same way. I was just caught off guard as I'd never experienced that before. Now that's it has happened I hope I can deal with it better next time.

I'm not confrontational anyway. I mean if it's someone I know then it's completely different. But I would never engage in any sort of conflict with someone I don't know. He doesn't deserve the time of day. If he wanted a parking space so bad he could have it. There was loads of spaces nearby, so I don't see why the one I was in was particularly important.

..I don't even think he wanted it that badly...the thing he probably wanted most was a reaction from you and to feel a stupid sense of satisfaction from that because he's an idiot...and you didn't give him that reaction but instead you gave him the parking space...perfect response really, he isn't worthy of anything else from you..leave him to his parking space, his low self esteem and his ignorance while you enjoy your chicken bites, knowing that you're you and not him....
