She belittled Perez for a good few minutes right in front of his face with a number of accusations and stating Nadia lets him get away with things - presumably like he's a child? -- she then topped topped it off with 'If he was my child I'd lock him in the cupboard'. Why she bringing children into this like Nadia is his mother? I didnt understand the premise of the conversation since everybody present was an adult.

In my opinion he went low but how would any of you responded to such provocation.?

I think it is because she believes he is behaving like a child with his attention seeking all the time and childish behaviour.
I thought she said she would send him to his room not put him in a cupboard but either way there were numerous things he could have said or walk away without resorting to such a nasty comment. They are both as bad as each other sometimes but that comment he made was way too low imo.
