Luckily for family I felt like spoiling them today.
Roast beef with all the trimmings..made enough to plate dinners up for them tomorrow as well, son is cock-a-hoop as he can take his home with him.

When else can you regularly have roast carrots & parsnips, stuffing and perfectly cooked yorkshire puddings with meat pan gravey, as well as a couple of bottles of decent wine and good company that can sit nattering around a table for hours. I love Sunday roasts.
