Takes a while to drop body fat.You need to be in a consistent calorie deficit.I reckon Jack's been up and down with his calories.Along with lazing around in that house.It's not a good enviroment for weight loss.

It takes ages and I mean ages to lose or gain weight regardless of how you eat for a period of time. It's no quick thing. It took me so damn long to finally start gaining abit of weight.

They even seem to give them takeaways when they're on a basic food budget by using a crappy 'secret task' as an excuse!

I actually notice more people putting weight on in there these days than losing it!

I would imagine he has food issues and that cud be born out of some other underlying problem...also it seems that he's been conditioned to think that junk food is more attractive than healthy food...he prob needs some help and he def needs educating...he's very immature and very insecure so maybe food acts as a comfort blanket in the same way his dressing gown does...i think it's a shame ....but it's def not a reason to measure his part in the game....personally i think he acts like a spoilt brat and that is why i'm not a Jack fan...he cud be 3 stone or 30 stone as far as i'm concerned, i just find his immaturity irritating

Also Jack can not take any form of criticism so anyones attempts to help him would fail anyway....he's like a 10 year old child, i imagine he has always been pandered too and over indulged at home...so you could argue that it's not his fault because he knows no better....but still, for me, just irritating ....if i want to watch spoilt kids i'd tune into 'Bling My Baby' on channel trash
