Apart from the usual... rotting stuff, acrid burning etc... I can't stand the smell of vanilla, it gives me a headache. I like vanilla in food but vanilla candles really nauseate me.

worst smell in the world...

well from personal experience, it's the smell in the nursing home when i was visiting my great-grandmother who had alzheimers. I can't really describe it, but the smell of old confused sad people rotting in a nursing home.

it was really bad.

old people rotting from the inside out. soiling themselves, and just hopeless.
