..I read on another forum that her law suit was something to do with an insurance claim that she made, so was told she had to sue.../still an awful thing to do though...

I wanted to try and understand her point of view (especially as children get away with too much just for being children) but I honestly don't see what he did wrong there, it was a fluky accident that could've been caused by any other child that could've jumped on their Aunt too hard.

She sounds like a snob tbh who doesn't want to be laughed at by her rich friends because of her broken arm, the thing is I don't get why she's presumed that would've happened if I'm right on that being the case.
