Not like me to wander into these parts... but with kirk away I though there might be room for one more.

What really bugs me about this report is he hasn't denied that he was found on top of a young girl with his penis out and actually trying to insert into her... But that some how there is a way in our world to logic away such a scenario. I don't care if you are drunk or sleep walking or have 1000 degree temperature... there has to be some kind of justice for the young girl who woke up with a man on top of her, with his penis on the way in. The kind of emotions and fear that invokes on a women shouldn't be dismissed

I don't often agree with Livia but I do in this case.

What we have been fed is an incomplete story...the rest will or won't follow at some point. All the press had when this went to print was an 'accusation' and a 'not guilty' verdict.

The press love leaving its readers to speculate over a half story without ever finishing the full story (because they got it wrong) Its up to us not to read too much into these alarmist headlines when we don't have the full picture in front of us.

No!All rape is bad.My point was that this mans defence was ridiculous and even with the loosest of vaginas it would be practically impossible to find your way in there by accident.

well it can't be that hard. i've heard of lots of women that say they accidentally hid drugs in there, they said they don't even remember...

to be fair, i once found a penny between my butt cheeks , and i don't know how it got there...i'm guessing it just have been on the couch or bed and i sat on it and it just happened to get stuck between my but cheeks.
