I made this recipe myself... It's a dessert... but I am famous for it at parties and events now...

They are dairy free, gluten free coconut macaroons... and they are to die for

But if we are talking meals... I have about 4 or five curry recipes I perfected that I make in big batches and freeze is meal size portions for quick suppers

This pic features Chickpea Masala, Lentil Dahl, and butter chicken for the meat eaters in my home

Oh, my signature dessert/snack is banana bread!


(It doesn't take eggs and can be vegan, also only needs 50 grams of sugar)
