So Andy wasn't elected to receive Immunity, BB conned them all into forcing him into immunity with Jayne. Hardly a damming indictment of his popularity is it and BB need to sort themselves out before their stupidity bites them in the bum.

The people that chose Andy know he has no chance of winning. Which means it better their odds of winning against him. Jayne would lower it. Its the classic take the hated individual to the final because you know you will win against the person.

Andy seems quite popular as well, he might have people who dont like him but he also has equally amount of people who like him. Don't under-estimate him.
