Did he get fired from Eastenders? Probably refused to act out a scene because he thought he was above that.

Don't like him much, but was on his side in that tbh. NO WAY would I be doing one of those horrific eating vile stuff tasks. Even if I was told if I did it I would win the ****ing show guaranteed, I wouldn't. I couldn't...

Bear has ruined many a task,so people slating Ricky need to remember that,Ricky would have had his reasons.

his reason's most likely he knows that a century egg is one of the most vile, puke-inducing things to consume and he wasn't about to drink it for 'entertainment' purposes as there's not much entertainment to be had seeing someone else gagging and retching and vomiting - well, not for most people. |

However, I think he is a protest vote, because he has shown himself to be a thoroughly decent person, rather than a vote because he has been entertaining or seen as deserving to win in his own right. He is a undoubtedly a nice guy, and I respect him for that, but he hasn't done enough to win in my opinion, and although I have some understanding of his refusal to do the first task, there was no need for him to refuse to even attempt the second task. That I find frustrating. However, although I would agree that he is not deserving of winning, I cannot understand why this needs to be expressed with such hatred. |

The point isn't about 'breaking the rules', it's about taking part in something or at least giving it a go even if you think you're going to fail. He would probably find himself having more fun if he actually got involved instead of sat in the smoking area bitching all the time. Bear has fun with ****ing up tasks and stuff, Ricky can't even manage to make that interesting.

I liked Ricky but I don't like the refusal attitude re tasks. For one thing they go in knowing there are tasks it's part of the game and second day I don't like the way he does it. If he said I can't do that because and explained rather than **** everyone else I'm not doing that I don't care if we fail.

I'm not a Bear fan. I liked Ricky before he started the bad attitude towards tasks.

Bear is trying so hard to win it is painful to watch, he makes everything into a drama, sabotaging tasks and making sure he is NOTICED every second of the day. Ricky, on the other hand, is quite unique in that he doesn't feel he has to force himself like all HM's that have gone before and do the usual retching histrionics with saliva running down his chin to get votes. He seems to me to value his dignity above all else. He isn't the type to scream LOOK AT ME - he's just being himself, a regular, nice guy, take it or leave it. He's obviously not desperate to win or he'd have made himself do the tasks no matter how distasteful and made sure he got mileage out of them... I find that quite refreshing actually. Ricky showing just how much he deserves to win.....
He can't even make the effort to attempt tasks. He thinks he's won already. We should make sure he does'nt |

As I said not a Bear fan but we are talking about Ricky. He is the only one I've seen refuse to even consider doing a couple of the tasks.
