Too right, the NFL is also hugely diverse and I'm sure that far more minorities and people from deprived backgrounds have made it there than in Hollywood (proportionately anyway)

How pretending and leaning words is seen as better than the discipline, effort and dedication of getting to the top of any sport is beyond me

Tbf acting is also a discipline that requires effort and dedication. Not everyone can do it.
