No. It makes her an awful person but HM's shouldn't be ejected for that, being nasty isn't the same as rule breaking.

I did not hear Kim bad mouth her kids, she said she should set an example for her kids which I agree - Nicole's behaviour in both series as well as her twitter fingers outside the house is appalling
