A cop has never killed a white person. yeah right. I dont now of any case, but in history of course it has happened. in fact if i bother to search i would undoubtably find a case from this year alone.

I think policemen in America should fully pay the consequence of using their gun inappropriately. Dont they have tasers and spray etc? (I genuinely dont know the answer to that question) They should have other weapons. Shouldnt be gun or nothing.

I agree. Firing their gun at someone should be absolutely a last resort. I think maybe it's a training issue

I do agree with this though.However it takes like a second or two for a crim to shoot you.You can understand why the cops are nervous.

Would a taser not temporarily disable a guy with a gun? Like entirely? I'm not saying American cops should never use guns, its America, everyone and their dog has a spare rifle. I just don't know why its the weapon of choice, especially as they wear their bullet proof vests... theres been a few hundred too many innocent deaths, you'd think they'd switch it up a bit.

Black people are 12% of the USA
2:1 white to black deaths is a horrifyingly startling ratio.

I'm not sure if tasers would be a good idea against a guy with a gun.Can't they cause involuntary muscle spasms etc?I'm not sure.

Another startling ratio is more than 38% of murders committed by that 12%.Up until 2008 it was 52%!
No wonder that 12% is getting into alot of violent confrontations with police.
