Lets look at it another way. There are things i find offensive on TV, and if I do, I change channel and watch something else. If someone hasn't been proven guilty of a crime, what right have we to dictate how others behave?

again, its NOT about ANYONE being offended its about the Network loosing ad revenue.

Im a Celeb is a big ticket show for ITV and ad deals are being negotiated all the time. If the agencies get a sniff of some controversy they will leverage that to get discounts and better deals

"I dont think my client John Lewis want to be associated with a programme that showcases homophobes"

"Ok, how about we knock off £20,000 will you go ahead"?

"its a deal"

They cant afford it so it will be interesting to see how they deal with Vardy and Khan as they have shot their bolt with Jack (unless there is more to it not yet out in the open)

If the Jack ejection (if he was ejected) was solely because of the tweets we saw then it would be really unfair on him not to also eject Rebekah & Amir. This whole Twitter culture though is a mess and it's making it really really messy for Reality Shows like this one and CBB etc

its only messy, because the stupid people have posted crap on twitter thinking it makes them cool/funny/edgy/brave or whatever. Jack could be exactly the same down his local pub and the locals would be saying ... what a knob or whatever, but no-one else would know. They chose to push their views out to millions in some cases, and with that comes an element of responsibility, which they seem to be too thick to realise.

I will be amazed if this keeps happening, surely this is a wake up call for public figures to delete their awful tweets before going on any show?

I think Jacks agent wanted him out so he can fix this even though his apology will be fake to save his career

Forget about deleting their "awful tweets" why write them in the first place ?? , everything is screen shotted and retweeted and resaved ,so doesn't make a difference to delete as they'll always be out there, didn't Jack try and cover his back by deleting old tweets , but they still resurfaced , so pretty stupid and naive for people to think when the internet is concerned that the DELETE button means gone forever .

Yeah, imo they should either

A - Do some proper research for this kind of stuff before you sign a person

or

B - Get a producer in to tell him whats happened and give them the opportunity to address the public in the Bush telegraph and let them decide if they want to keep him in or vote them out when it comes time to do that
