Sometimes we have to suck up the fact that people don't all have the same views. People can do that while at the same time not imposing those views on you. Calling people scum isn't the way to educate them about equality. You'd be better off campaigning to ban religion which is brain washing and where a lot of the stupid ideas come from.

You see if I had my way Id outlaw the very thing that is the core of Reece Moggs belief and upbringing but I'm sure we could have a good debate about it without resorting to insults. Then we could all have civil partnerships which is more practical and sensible in my view.

Well we do let religious people become politicians.

We can’t exactly ban all Christians,Muslims and Jews from politics now.That would be seen as discriminatory.

People with views like JRM are in the minority these days in Parliament so he’s going to get out voted on topics such as abortion,gay marriage etc.Also he’s said that just because he has personal religious beliefs it doesn’t mean that he wants to force them on everyone.

I do enjoy watching him eloquently dismantle his opponents without so much as a raised voice or a creased jacket.

Is he not entitled to his outdated views in just the same way you would likely say minorities are in their attitudes towards many things including their views towards women.

You can’t reasonably tolerate some views based on one religion, unless you’re simply scared of being labelled, but not do so for others based on their religion because you would be less likely to get labelled.

He is entitled to his views, nobody is saying he isn't but that doesn't mean he is beyond criticism.

Everyone is entitled to their opinions and everyone else is entitled to their views on that opinion.

That's how freedom of speech works.
