These comments are the reason people take the piss out of vegetarians in the first place.

By the way. Lettuce is worse than disgusting and all.

Apply that to everything else in your life that you don't "need" and get back to us.

The person I responded to wasn't talking about a vegan lifestyle, but simply meat eating. But ok.

Preach to someone else.

Oh wow has it been hard for you guys? I hope its going well for you guys.

I think everyone knows a veggie lasagne is the better lasagne - few of my meat eating friends normally order the veggie over the meaty lasagne if were eating out.

It actually hasn't been hard at all, which I'm very surprised about but I've been really getting into cooking proper meals instead of just relying on quorn. Lentil curry is another of my new favourites

I'd never even tasted a veggie lasagne before today I was very impressed with myself, it was so tasty

Yeah i was pretty much the same i sort of decided i was vegan watched a few vids on youtube and haven't really looked back since.it didn't really feel like I was restricting my diet because I was trying so many things I hadn't tried before. I think as long as you make sure you get everything you need in your diet it should be smooth sailing.

Vitriol towards vegans is kinda silly tho like the alternatives are out there and readily avaliable good for you good for animals good for the environment I can understand when it’s someone shoving politics down ur throat but there’s not really any drawbacks to veganism like they have a pretty huge right to be mad :/

Lewis F and Kay shouldn't have spread lies like that, smoking is clearly a healthy thing to do.

Like anyone is going to even take this **** seriously I mean Lewis F was claiming eggs were dairy a few days back.

Tonight though I got the feeling they were actually joking to Cameron to get a reaction.

Noticed Lewis F is bringing her Vegan passion out of her more , but i'm fed up of this daft argument when we all know SMOKING is worse . Sure somebody could smoke all their life and may not necessarily get cancer but their insides are screwed ! from all the tobacco .

Plus the respiratory is weakened . There's so many bad things that happen to you due to smoking .

I know meat can contribute to bad health , but it all depends on how it's cooked and how it's prepared .

The way the conversation progressed suggested to me that they were joking around with Cameron, more than anything else. I mean, they went on to tell him that plants have feelings!!

...ironically..it’s processed meat which is given to children in school meals ...which have been deemed to be ‘balanced’ in their nutritional content...and it’s the cheapest processed meat as well..the lowest quality of the lowest quality, type thing...after they’ve eaten that potentially toxic meat, would the government think it’s okay to finish the meal off with a nice cigarette for each one...an after meal smoke..

It is not potentially Toxic.
The Problem in schools
Is many kids
refusing to eat veg with their meals.

That's got to change,

That's got to change,
..it is potentially toxic, Arista...it’s full of chemicals which have been linked with cancer in their toxicity value..so yes, it’s potentially toxic and it’s being given to children as a ‘balanced nutritious meal’...and a child can eat bucketfuls of vegetables but that still won’t change that they’re being given unhealthy meat with those vegetables..it won’t counter that, baby.....
