Him getting it wouldn't be the biggest shocker or the weirdest thing happening this year. It's 2020, any common sense is out of the window this year.

There have been questionable winners before. Not quite THAT questionable, but still. It can be based one "one big achievement for peace" rather than being a generally peaceful or peace loving person.

Still, you would expect it to go to someone who could at least be argued to have been a "net good", it would make the whole thing a farce for it to go to Trump and one assumes they know that.
