It really does. He would always sleep through the night as a little one but was an early riser so my body clock adapted to that. Now he is a teenager, he loves his bed

i usually go to bed around 23:00 (unless Lets Dance is on, then i'll watch that until 23:30, or with new years eve, somewhere after midnight)
i get out of bed like 8:00 or sometimes when groceries come depends on how late in the morning sometimes 7:00 or 7:30
