Happy New Year though all!!

I woke up without a hangover for the first time in many a year today, went for a run this morning, and have then had a fair few pints this afternoon watching my local football team

Good start to 2024 and thank God I still have one more day off before going back to the grind

Well guys I didn't have a very good New Years Day. Had a bit of a meltdown over not seeing my son Josh and had a long heart to heart with Karl about a few things. I'm phoning my docs today to get referred for some more counselling.

It's like he's died, he's totally disappeared from my world. It's the not even knowing how he is that gets me.

I need to deal with this.

…’dealing with it’ is such a huge thing and probably an impossible, Kate…but getting through each day and thinking more about the here and now and how you can achieve a more peaceful mindset is something that hopefully you can get guidance with…one day there may be a change for you both in your lives, forever is something we can’t really predict or control so it’s just about trying to focus on the people in your life that are invested in your happiness and well being right now and invested in spending their now days with you…Im wishing you well always……
