It is going to benefit him longrun because it will give him a storyline because he's been stuck in the Witness Protection Program since the Ali Witch Trials... at least now we have a chance to know more about who Khaled really is... and he may rejoin the main house as a result.

On your first paragraph - if only she had done the same with Emma and Nathan... she went for surface level rather than deeper level with them.

Yeah those landed flatter, for sure. I can see where he's extra offended because it's like she emptied the whole magazine into him.. and meanwhile, she boxes up golden bullets for some of the others and hands it off to them in a commemorative fashion... he might've been expecting more of the same.

I don't think it was intentionally offensive, Khaled took it the wrong way...when it got to the "ivory tower" & " peasants" bit. I think he saw the funny side of putting everyone to sleep with his stories.

He probably felt she took it too far , he keeps hearing he's fake & looking at the camera's. But I think he's worried ...that people might see him as arrogant & vain. As he tends to try and get on with people,but it was a task.

I think he should have just had a conversation about it , instead of getting moody . In the part he's confronted housemates straight away ...when he's disagreed with them ie Ali & Nathan etc .

I don't know either of them or their characters, so I have no skin in this game. But it doesn't sound offensive to me.

It sounds to me like Khaled needed to come back at her with a few insulting jabs.

But I do think that she should be careful with Khaled because he is a sensitive guy.

Although tbf I am saying that, but I probably would've fallen into Nathan's trap if I were in the house with Khaled.

New member here, I hope you are all keeping well?, It's a tricky one as I like both Sarah and Khaled but she's a very down to earth girl in my opinion and certainly wouldn't have meant to upset him, so did he overreact, Slightly I reckon

I do wish Khaled was more up front about why he was upset. For me, the ivory tower comment suggested she thinks he's cold, aloof and superior. He should have been blunt, say that to her and see what she said in response. As it is, it felt more like a 'forgive but not forget' moment whereas being more open might have seen both of them reach a better understanding.

Though Thomas didn't help in the slightest.
