Tbf you can't compare Dean deliberately being hurtful to two Housemates that he was living with and doubling down on his comments to hurt their feelings, to Sarah making a joke about people who aren't even in the house anymore and was clearly said more in jest.

I don't think it was intentionally offensive, Khaled took it the wrong way...when it got to the "ivory tower" & " peasants" bit. I think he saw the funny side of putting everyone to sleep with his stories.

He probably felt she took it too far , he keeps hearing he's fake & looking at the camera's. But I think he's worried ...that people might see him as arrogant & vain. As he tends to try and get on with people,but it was a task.

I think he should have just had a conversation about it , instead of getting moody . In the part he's confronted housemates straight away ...when he's disagreed with them ie Ali & Nathan etc .

We're not sure he did go up to Nathan straight away. I'm not sure if they gave a time stamp between the task and when they came back into the house? With Ali, it was a case of it starting nicely and blowing up so he didn't get the chance to get out of the way.

Regardless of time stamp ,after the event / crap hit the fan ... Khaled still approached them to find out what they're talking about. Whereas when Sarah asked if he's ok, he tells her to distance from him. Actually now thinking about it ,he also told Hanah to distance from him, when she tried to hug him ... didn't he?. Maybe it's all getting to him now.

In L& L clip it looks like him & Sarah were talking, so maybe they're both ok now .

Yeah he did. I do wonder whether it may also be the case that the closer he is to someone, the extra time he wants to take to process it, because he doesn't want to affect things. If they're not so close he doesn't care so much about any possible fallout.

Yeah that may be one way to interpret it , as he usually gets on with Sarah . And he's close to Hanah.
