As Zippy pointed-out yesterday, one of the Ian traits is not letting things just slide-by but pushing the point until they're fixed. When a repeat inconsistency comes along, it just proves the point!

Well as I said, to complain about moderating PM admin.

Or PM any mod and ask them to put your complaint into the admin forum

Once it is put in admin, all staff can see it and will comment.

actually Im not. Like many other members Im tired of their spammy crap littering the place whilst mods do nothing but slap their wrists. Meanwhile, others get permabanned and infracted all around them.

and I can moan about what I like, thanks. It's not a bannable offence - unless its been added to the ToS lately?

Im not saying they didnt get infracted. But they never got lengthy bans, which are visible for all to see.

They get infracted the same as everyone else, remember people don't get banned unless they go over a limit so usually it isn't a concious choice by the mods to ban someone unless it's permanent and we don't use them lightly.
