I could see the last one being titled something like 'Final Scream'
Sounds brilliant!

I think they ought to try and wrap things up. Have a Scream 5 but the 6th one should be the final one.

The 4th Scream was allright. Just a bit far fetched that Sid's cousin and that geeky guy were the killers. Just turned a bit teeny bopper ish.

I did like the twist at the beginning. When there was like 6 killings.

However I did prefer the first 3 Screams. Where there is more built up tension and not just too many random pointless killings!

Also in the 4th one Dewey's and Gale's "chemistry" wasn't as good

I agree that the 5th Scream should be like a reunion for Sidney!! I want Billy to come back. lol. Or Cotton. But they both died

Yeah one of the 3 main characters have to go. Especially after the lack of chemistry between Dewey and Gale.

Jesus there was so many opportunities to kill 1 of the 3 main stars in Scream 4 but it came so far fetched when oh.. Sid's cousin didn't quite stab her correctly or that deep.. oh Sid is still alive. If they are dead they are dead. Or that scene in the hospital when Emma Roberts could have easily killed them all. lol

But yeah.. time to wrap it up. Dewey or Gale to die in Scream 5. Leaving Sidney with one of the suviving stars in the Final Scream! Dur dur dur dur!!

They will never kill any of the 3 main characters, maybe if they do a 6th movie they might.

I can actually see the 5th movie being based around Kirby (as she was one of the more popular characters of 4, and again we dont know if she is dead) going to collage, but at the same time sidney going to a collage reunion

So it sticks to the same deal of a homage to scream 2

I loved Scream 4, but it did lack something...can't quite put my finger on it though.

Scream 5 should be made in 3D if they want better box office numbers, it makes a huge difference. The film shouldn't play upto the 3D though (Saw 3D/The Final Destination) but it should perhaps mention them, because these days almost every horror film is in 3D.

Scream 5 has officially been mentioned on the Dimension Film facebook page as an option on a poll.

Signs are pointing towards Scream 5 being greenlight. You wouldn't put it as an option for a film your looking forward to if you had no plans to make it. Right?

I think it's because it was constant action, suspense or humour that it didn't have many slow moments with the characters. IMO some of the deleted scenes should have been kept in because some of them did have that slower, rounded Scream 1-3 tone. And the deleted scene of the new kids sat round the fountain wasn't a bad scene at all

Looking forward to Scream 5 more. HA I watched Scary Movie last night. The first 2 Scary Movie films are good but then went downhill.

I have enjoyed all the Scream films. Scream 4 being my least favourite. Just thought it went a bit teeny boppery! And there wasn't enough tension and chemistry between the characters.

With Scream 5 they have to go back to it's roots really. A bit like what they did with Final Destination 5!

I loved the deleted fountain scene. Actually made it feel like a Scream film. All the talk of movies and cliches etc. They should of included it.

I agree. I prefer the slowness, tension and build up. I want Gale and Dewey to regain that chemistry they had during Scream 1-3. Shame they have split up in RL now.

I mean yeah the opening scene to Scream 4 was different with all the multiple stabbings. However it was just all too quick and tacky. They need to go back to how it was Scream 1-3.

By the way the college reunion for Scream 5 would be epic! I rather there was no teeny boppers either. I just thought Emma Roberts was a bit too young for Scream 4. She didn't really convince me of being a psycho.

I rather have an older woman psycho bitch like that woman from Scream 2!
