You aren't far off, aside from possibly Eoin at times I think I'm probably the harshest mod. Most of my Tibb towers input tends to be among the lines of 'BAN ____ ALREADY! WE'RE TOO SOFT!!!!! DESTROY THEM ALL AND BURN THEIR LIVERS!'

I agree with the fact inactive mods should be demoted and possibly new ones should replace them.

It's odd. You get the sense that we have too many mods and not enough mods all at the same time.

The moderating should be condensed down to three of four people who mod like clockwork. Not a dozen or so people who each kind of chip in every now and then like some bizarre community building project or something.

A few of the mods wield about as much authority as Mr. Bean charing a United Nations meeting. The whole anonymity of 'TiBB Staff' doesn't help considering it's taking the credit for most of the harsh moderating but I realize it needs to be there.
