The main problem as I see it - is not with Aaron but of some of the public's perspective on what makes a straight man 'gay' (you know what I mean!!).

It comes across on here (by some members, not all) that whilst it's okay for the likes of Jay to be all metrosexual with attention to his eyebrows, arse hair etc - that when Aaron applies the same care to his body in his own way - facepacks etc - suddenly that's taken as being gay.

also it appears that because a straight man doesn't rant on about shagging women by the hundreds, doesn't act like some sex addict wanting to sleep with all and every woman he comes into contact wth - he's branded as not being straight.

There are thousands of men like Aaron - for whom having sex is not the be all and end all to their relationship - men who find emotional and intellectual connections far more stimulating than the physical - and for whom may have a low sex drive and are more than happy with that.

Same as there are those men out there like Jay who seem to see women as another notch on his bedpost.

Aaron views woman and what they mean to him on a completely different level - which does not mean he must be 'asexual / bisexual / gay'.

If he is.... well, that's his business.

I'll add to this by saying that Aaron seems to have the old fashioned ethos in what a gentleman is, and how they should treat women. The little touches like bringing tea in bed, by gentle cuddles, by not enjoying hearing women cursing and swearing, farting, or burping - he likes his women to be feminine, and far as I see it, he likes to look after them. I'd far rather have someone like Aaron as a partner during my day than any other man in the house (excluding Harry..

Erm he kissed Tom for a dare! Hardly had him in an intimate & passionate embrace! LOL Also I think you will find Jay has kissed a bloke in there, so is he gay as well?? Also Aaron didn't lead Tom on at all. He was friendly with him, which a bit different...

If anything I would say Aaron is more confident of his sexuality, as he was comfortable kissing Tom. In my experience if a man is a closeted gay he reacts in a completely different way & tries him hardest to cover up the fact, they can also appear somewhat homophobic (like the guy on Glee that was bullying Kurt)...

No I don't think Aaron is gay, but don't care either way anyway. I find this type thread's quite pointless, and has little or nothing to do with BB as a whole, probably more to do with somes dislike of a housemate on the basis they think said housemate could be gay. I hope the mods close this thread.
