I'm quite shocked. I still like her but that's bad. I'm not going to overreact about it or say its okay just because I like her anyway but it's really not THAT bad compared to millions of other things she could have done.

I've worked in retail and have wanted to do a lot worse than short change people Some of a worst customers I've ever encountered have been disabled.

I obviously don't condone it but I really don't think it's a huge deal.

I worked in retail for a few years and while i did have some massively arrogant & rude customers i didn't once contemplate robbing any of them.
I'm actually amazed BB showed it!!!
It won't do much for Alex's popularity i don't think.
