More photos from yesterday.

The Dog had to be shot 4 times to stop it.

The Criminal Owner is at fault
he got that dog to attack.

This is where pepper spray would be useful, the animal would become too disorientated to continue the attack, but no lasting damage.

Some breeds are just inherantly more aggressive than others, and even with the best trainer in the world their natural instincts will surface I think.

Lots of people bring their dogs into my office, I've always got dog treats in my drawer. I've had a Staff in here this morning... Rodney. He's the biggest, daftest softie ever. He's a good, well-behaved dog becasue he has a responsible owner. While I acknowledge there there will be a few nutty, untrainable dogs, in the main I believe that there are very few bad dogs but a ridiculously high number of bad owners.

Exactly, I totally agree with you Livia. (I guess that will be no surprise to anyone though).

Bad dogs are only a result of poor owners and not treating them well or bringing them up properly.

You don't buy a dog because it's cute, you take on the responsibility to bring it up and stop it from being aggressive.

I have two husky's and they are powerful and could do one over on you if they wanted, but we trained them to be lovely and nice

For most. There are some kind of dogs (pitbulls) who can attack for almost no reason regardless of owner
