I think people need to be careful. From that video it seems as though those guys set up a fake profile on plenty of fish and made contact with that guy as a means of luring him in.

The legality is an issue of location, in some countries its 14 in others its 18. Basically your saying all those countries where the age of consent is less than 16 (which are often countries that are much more progressive than Britain) have it wrong.
The Age of consent is imaginary. As long as the sexual interactions are consensually, i.e. both people have gone through puberty and are mentally sound, then there is no problem.
