I was so excited when she was winning the comp.

I wanted her to come back purely because of how much of non-threat she is. I was pleased to see that she was still as ecstatic for Nicole coming back.

Yeah, i noticed the vile little weasel nearly orgasming when he though Jocasta had won!
He obviously thinks she's the weakest player out of the four (one of those exceptionally rare times when Frankie's actually right!) so would be the least threatening to his game.
