He's a great break from all the drama going on, whether he's just having fun with somebody, he's holding a decent conversation with someone or babbling on incoherently about whatever the ****'s going on.

Also gonna point out that when he's been mediating arguments he's never felt the need to scream over people despite easily having the loudest voice. I think that says a lot of decency in his character.
