Never knew about Kim's miscarriage and it's very that she's gone through it, must've been totally devastating for her and can't imagine what she went through at the time

Absolutely she did.
Many Women choose not to be a Parent so normally it may not be a comment that would likely hurt.

However if it was known a child had been lost,then going low on that issue would hurt.
I feel sure as to any fallout on this that BB's line will be Nicola didn't know.

I could have my female nemesis in front of me in an argument who is past child bearing age. I may or may not know she had ever suffered a stillbirth but I could NEVER stoop that low considering I'm a mother myself. It's rock bottom.
