I always have to laugh when 'he's playing a game' is levelled as a criticism. Do people realise what this show is?

i was thinking the other day it would be funny if he won & in his interview with Emma laughed his ass off & said he played the publice for fools. i would just find it hilarious if that happened one time.

WTF...the mere fact that everyone knows he is a gamer makes a mockery of the way he is supposed to be fooling the public. He isnt fooling anyone but himself. He is the sole gay in there this year and his popularity with forums has gathered him enough early gay and forum votes to race ahead. Trouble is a couple of thousand votes these days guarantees a win, so hardly ground breaking stuff and an even more obvious following, BUT TRUST ME, HE WONT WIN, NOT A CAT IN HELLS CHANCE. some people will be fooled no doubt. i wouldnt say i would be impressed or thinking anything is groundbreaking. i just think it would be funny see all the pissed off people coming out the woodwork since some are going to think hes full on genuine as for a reason for voting for him to win since so many got a problem with HM playing a game on a game show.

You see... Yes it's a game, but there are different ways to play a game.

In BB, if you are actively playing it, two of the ways are that you can play the public, or include the public in your game.

The first involves making idiots of the viewing public. Aaron is a great example of this style. It can easily win, because most of the public don't even realise that they are being taken for a ride. It's sneaky and Machiavellian. I dislike snide HMs that take this route. I find it dishonest and cynical.

Including the public, the more honest way of playing the game, I am well behind. I find it hugely entertaining. Victor is a great example of this style. This style doesn't tend to win though, because if you are honest about playing the game the public tend to dislike you (they prefer to be played).

Sadly, Raph is falling more into the former right now. I hope he changes his approach soon, invests, and takes some risks. You can tell a LOT about a person in how they choose to play their games.

Raph has honestly done nothing interesting. He isn't funny, or deep, or notable in any way at all. The only notable screen time he is in is when he is acting as a sounding board for someone else.

i think Chanelle for example, has her good moments, but pissing in the pool is so immature and it does put me off her a bit, sometimes i think Chanelle is mentally 14 or 15 years old

Charlotte doesn't need to win for me, she just needs to enjoy the whole BB experience, and trying to get along with other hm's is a good idea, cause they are the ones who can put you up for eviction, and i don't want her to make a fool of herself, cause she also has a job outside BB, and if she goes all wild her bosses may think we don't want a immature brat working for us, so yeah i love to see her keep her classy standard and not go cheap
