Dunno why people saying it was a sh1t final. It was fine, wasn't a classic but wasn't bad at all. Would people have rather a 5-0 either way?? It was anyone's game, a poor pen was the difference in the end.

(on a side not, as much as losing like that stings, it was about 50/50 overall, i feel like if Timo had played it may have been different, he doesn't stop running and chasing)

The fact that anyone could have won it made it exciting and there were chances at both ends, not sure what else is needed, no one wants a one sided final where its wrapped up in the first half

Yeah it was fine. Back and forth at times, a little stale others. It wasn't a bad game, the best team didn't win, and the best team didn't lose (that makes sense in my head lol).

It should be a Wednesday night replay anyway. Another tradition they've taken away.

This game was once bigger than the World Cup final. It was an event that the entire nation gathered around their TV or their neighbours TV for. It was like a Royal Wedding, and I mean William and Kate style not Ginger and tart. But no, people need to justify their large salaries they award themselves by looking as though they're doing something, so they destroy the competition.

This competition died when they started playing semi-finals at Wembley.
