…looking forward to the final tomorrow, it’s felt such a quick season but an excellent cast, who it’s been great to follow across the world……

There is usually one duo I am not so keen on, but this year not at all. They've all provided excellent value, even Yin and Gaz in that short space of time, was sad to see them go. I really don't mind any of them winning this year, but I think I'd be most pleased if Caroline & Tom or Fin & Sioned.

I've really come to adore Caroline and her enthusiasm for a life she's only just really living how she wanted. It's been a nice story.

…I love how Yin and Gaz maintained their friendship…how much love they have for each other outside of a romantic shared relationship in the past…that’s such a special thing…and I agree that they’re all so lovely this season that I really would love to see any of them win…I’m a little more cheerleading for Caroline and Tom but only because they’re from the area that I used to live until recently so…well, they’re ex-neighbours of mine…and I love how they’re finding and stretching their independent feet together…Tom because of his health restrictions and Caroline because of her lack of self/confidence in her many, many skills……

…Caroline and Tom……any of them would have been wonderful winners, I was so rooting for them throughout, though….I have to say that I would have stayed at the Hindu wedding for three days and to heck with the race…how gorgeous was Clinton in rushing off to buy the food provisions for Fin and Sioned…presidential in name/presidential in nature…such a kind soul…..…

Yeeeees so happy for Caroline and Tom. Well deserved.

I loved all teams and they all had beautiful journeys. And 45 minutes between the top 3 is nuts!

What a great finale, so close! Was hoping Finn and Sioned would win and think they would have if they hadn't gone wrong at the very end. Felt sorry for Melvyn and Brian as well because they smashed every leg apart from the penultimate one

I do think the budget was a bit generous though because not one of the teams ever had to worry about it and even Finn and Sioned were able to get taxis at the end despite splashing out the most

I felt more sorry for Elizabeth & Letitia, 7.5 hours behind at the start of the leg to 1st place, to pull it right back and then lose out and get 2nd place by only 19 minutes.

…yeah, but they had the magical experience of the Hindu wedding and although they didn’t stay for three days…(…which I would have done…)…it would have slowed them down, I would think …to that 2nd place, anyway…they were amazing and lovely……Tom was correct in his journal and it applied to all of them, they were all winners…

…yeah I have to say that I was surprised that they all could hire a car and driver at the end and it was a car race…..it was very nail biting, though…

…I read a little article this morning regarding the winners and the prize money…

…Tom has said that some will be spent in going backpacking again with his mom, which they both are determined to do…and Caroline has said that she would like to use some to help Tom set up his own business, inspired by their time together in India and the confidence it has given Tom…

…it was incredibly tense in the last final bit…how amazing was Clinton, though in rushing off to get some provisions for Fin and Sioned….what a lovely human he is…..

…Fin and Sioned apparently went straight off to Australia after their return home to Wales…and they plan on travelling to Brazil, Peru and Patagonia…

Well done to Tom and Caroline so happy for them my second fav's, i wanted Brian and Melvyn to win, they caught up really well, i do think going to the vine yard cost them. great series.
