Oh I love the Faraway Tree!!! I can remember our teacher reading it to us at the end of the school day. I bought it for my daughter a few years back but she said it was too young for her

Like that one where the kid tries to kill his grandmother so he goes in the shed and finds loads of random stuff. But she ends up turning big I think. Also that girl who points her finger

And I remember there's that Roald Dahl story where a woman kills her husband with a lamb chop and then feeds it to the police Although I dont think that one was intended for kids tbg
