 If you look at the plans on the first page, the area with the yellow fence is the 'Set Store'  The area of the concrete next to the orange digger in this pic is the terrace, the bit right next to the digger will be the Rovers, or at least I think it is, it could in fact be the Medical center  BBC & ITV on opposite sides of the Quays  MediaCity with ITV sat in the background
