There is no hs2... just like there was no garden bridge and no 40 new hospitals. It's just an excuse to funnel money out of the public purse.

Yep that's all we have here imaginary trains, bridges, runways, ferries .. everything is in the 'consultancy' phase which means vast amounts can be syphoned out of the public pocket at will.
