..I never understand this, 'I'm insulting/sniping but I'll put a smiley face at the end so that's ok'...t'was just a joke...I think you have to know someone quite well before you can 'jokingly insult' them anyway..you should be confident in how they'll take it...

There are a couple of people especially that use the joker smiley/laugh smilie to mask things they wouldn't get away with without. Hiding behind smileys is for cowards.
