Isn't it wonderful that we're at a stage in this show where tackling housemates to the ground and squirting water in their eyes is defended because at least they're ~doing something~

During a task I said. A task which was about..pieing housemates in the face?! So Sam said anyways..can't really judge too much til we see it but she said when it was Bears turn to be 'pied' he went and did it to Aubrey who had just finished makeup...

Are you for real?

It's losing viewers because it's edited terribly, the concept in general is tired and BB pick a few housemates and force them on viewers and they cast people with agents for civvy BB and barely recognisable 'celebs' for CBB. People feel manipulated while watching it.

I know lots of people who have stopped watching because of those reasons but I can't think of a single person who has stopped watching because of your reasons

Depends what context you choose to see it in really. Your way is the anti-Bear way. Trying to sabotage their victory to win is the other. And I'm sure the majority of people have squirted water at someone before for a laugh, hardly a crime.

To imply everyone only support him for his looks is ridiculous and you know this too Especially when he has many straight male fans..explain that one?
www.google.com

Where did I say that everyone only supported him because of his looks? I'm saying that it's a large factor. Look at Heavy D, he played a similar role to Bear in the house yet he was evicted. If Bear looked like Heavy D then he wouldn't have the same support that he currently does. To deny that Bear's looks have played a large role in his popularity is just plain silly.

Its losing viewers because its turning into a bizarre mashup between love island, geordie shore, with a bit IAC thrown in for tasks. showmances are focused on too much as apparently we all want to see sex though I have known not one viewer who wants to see that...

The entire concept of BB is lost when every other day they have outside contact, the DR is never private, and normal nominations are rare.

Thats my take anyway...

They can't even have a food fight without people shouting assault. There were so many before and it was no big deal. The Ofcom brigade

So ^this...I took it wrong? As it very much reads like people only 'defend' his heinous acts (lol) because they fancy him.

Heavy D was similar to Bear kind of, but he didn't have...the cheeky side. When he kicked off it just came across nasty. And we weren't shown anything besides him kicking off really.

Having said that I liked Heavy too most of the time

It wasn't an absolute statement, it was a general comment and an apt one. Bear would not be in that house if it weren't for the teen vote keeping him in because they fancy him. It's likely a large part of his voting audience.

Girls seem to like him because he's cheeky. That's part of the appeal for me. He's fun and he makes me laugh.

Going by fb and my friends who watch it's not the teens rooting for Bear, it's the middle aged women who seem to be liking him

I mean I don't know your age and I'm not basing the statement on here, just fb and the few women I know from work but I've seen more older women throwing their support at him that younger girls

I didn't mean you were saying that I just genuinely do wonder if to most I am classed as middle aged now and that post reminded me about that. I am..29

Well..not me. I guess we need to see the incident before judging it then we will see if it was done in a 'fun' way or 'malicious' way...two very different concepts.

Lets be honest, even if it is clearly done in a 'fun' way and Aubrey laughs it off or retaliates with her own pie in his face, it will be made out he threw a bloody brick directly into her face just to purposely hurt her and she was only laughing as she is scared
