there is & always has been talking about others HMs 'behind their backs' especially when you have a grievance with one of them, why is it suddenly bullying. why are there so many people feeling protective towards ann. I dont know why anyone would want to support someone with her outspoken views on gay relationships

Because there's a difference between bitching behind someone's back and trying to convince other people to turn against them.

Just like you're trying to do here. You don't like Ann, that's fine. You can't demand that other people shouldn't like her.
