I know Charlton lost 3-0 and it was a shame we conceded those last 2 goals right at the end but I’m proud with how we played tonight. We went for it and it was a huge challenge trying to get something from this game especially with the players Man Utd have. Rashford has been on really good form so I’m hardly surprised he scored. We worked our asses off.
I just hope this game actually gives us a bit of momentum to play a bit better in our games going forward and work towards promotion and hopefully it won’t be another 15 years before we play Man Utd again.

And tbf half of the Championship would probably do worse against Man Utd, so it's an optimistic prospect that Charlton could be on killer form going forward.

The BBC has apologised after sexual noises interrupted live television coverage of the FA Cup.
Moaning was heard while Gary Lineker presented the third-round replay between Wolves and Liverpool on Tuesday. The football pundit later posted a picture of a mobile phone he said was "taped to the back of the set". "We apologise to any viewers offended during the live coverage of the football this evening," the BBC said. A spokesperson said the BBC was investigating the incident. Lineker tried to laugh off the incident as he presented the programme in a studio at Wolverhampton's Molineux Stadium alongside pundits Paul Ince and Danny Murphy. As he cut to colleague and fellow former England striker Alan Shearer in the commentary gantry, he said: "Somebody's sending something on someone's phone, I think. "I don't know whether you heard it at home." When the match started, he shared a picture of a mobile phone on Twitter and three laughing emojis alongside the words: "Well, we found this taped to the back of the set. |

Arsenal well in top and playing far better football despite playing a weakened team ( 6 changes ) , being away from home and with Saka having an off night .
Trossard looks a bargain .. easily the best player on the pitch thus far . He has fitted in even quicker than Diaz did for Liverpool I can see him displacing Martinelli very quickly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

I absolutely love watching Arsenal play - such beautiful play , intricate and inventive- must be the devil to play against
Don’t know why but I find City to be predictable and samey even though they have three of my favourite players ( Grealish , Haaland and Silva) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Last edited by Zizu; 27-01-2023 at 10:57 PM. |

What ?? There was some lovely football played .. only Saka disappointed.. Arsenal had a weakened team ( 6 changes to a settled lineup ) plus they were playing a very strong City team at their ground and still managed to outplay them for long periods.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

![]() Tbf our only win in recent games has been against Forest Green, so at least Leicester aren't on their own in ****sville. ![]() And why on earth were Blackburn fans racially abusing Etheridge? I'm not saying that they should face jail time like some people would suggest, but it's honestly just weird that someone would abuse someone else over a game of Football. It's honestly not worth it.
