This whole thing is weird. How does someone accidentally get arrested? Was it racial prejudice from the cops? That’s suspicious to me… arresting two people then saying it was a solo act? Weird

I feel so bad for everyone on the train. If I saw someone randomly stabbing people, I’d think for sure I’d be dying next. And the people who had to see all that happening? I hope they can get therapy. If it happened on a train, did some people get trampled? Were kids there? Did the train stop/was it moving?

I’ll have to read more about it, I just hate hearing stuff like this

It's a main line train from London to Edinburgh, I've used it many times. It is always full, many families would be seated in the table seats, students and old people, some sleeping with headphones on squeezed into the double chairs only seats, with nowhere to run as the train sped up for the long way north.

I can't for the life of me believe this man got on this train with a valid ticket to travel north, to beg , as people have mentioned!

I've never once saw that on my travels north. Undergrounds, of course happens all the time, and the district trains out to Essex from London, but never a main line train that only stops 5 to 7 times from London to Edinburgh.

Sounds to me like someone wanting to die bit to go out in a blaze of glory.

Such are the times!

I’ve been on that train multiple times too then. Yikes, that’s terrifying. A large kitchen knife like that can do some serious damage. I assume he was hiding it before he got on the train.

What a horrific situation all around.

I would have taken my Jacket off
and wrapped it around the Frenzy Man's Knife,

Then kick him to the ground

Of course, only if I had time before he got close.

Well done, the young lady
who grabbed a Metal Tray
from the Train kitchen.

For her own Protection
A man was near her already bleeding.

It was 5 more minutes before they stopped at the
Huntingdon station (Not a official Stop)

She is the one who went Live on the BBC for 30 minutes

And also spoke to Sky News

He was saying "the devil is not going to win" to one of the women on the train who begged him not to kill her

And he was apparently seen in a barbers the day before with the knife and the police were contacted but nothing happened

This pic/info is from twitter though so not sure how accurate it is
