^ Yeah it was a friendly but that was the side we beat.. we beat the best so in my eyes we can be the best and that moment isn't far away now

I wouldn't be as cocky about that result. These guys will be playing in first gear and looking at your midfield will it be able to cope with Xavi and intesta in a nin-friendly game.

Yeah but he has too remeber even if he was playing we still would have been whipped. Half of those Irish players aren't good enough and Trap did a great job getting them there. The lack of fight hurt the most

**** prime Keane man handles either Xavi or Iniseta and you take one of them out Spain are not even half the team they are

Would they still lose yes but i gurantee you that it would be a very hard fought game with not nearly as many goals conceded

I don;t know he still would have had some of those donkeys in the team. He would have put in 100% but i still think they would have beaten us 4-0. Only Germany can stop them for me. ITs sad to go out on a whimper but we lack creative players or world class players at that look at the 88 to 94 team. this was the weakest Irish team ever to qualify.

Can't believe there's no Hoolahan or Coleman in the Irish squad

Even Paul Green is in there

He's a stubborn old fool is Trap. He likes his gafters not anybody with a remote of skill who might want to beat a player. He will have to change now.

Paul Green still shocks me even Derby didn't want him.

I'm not even bothered about finishing second and likely playing Spain.. like i said before we have beat them over 90 minutes, okay it was a friendly but it was still a game of football that we won.. and we didn't have Terry, Gerrard or Rooney for that game if we play the right football we'll have them

Maybe because he's a world class prolific goal scorer?

Going the pub to watch the France game then back home to watch the England one.

Think I might have planned my day backwards
